A petition filed in supreme court against selection committee held in AMU

India, Aligarh: The Supreme Court in AMU have lodged a petition against the ongoing selection committee . AMU Intjamia once again standing in the dock looks .

Amuta joint Seekretri Ashraf Mtin and three AMU teachers filed a petition in the Supreme Court questioned the selection committee . The Selection Committee is charged with violation of the UGC Act of 2010 . Teachers have approached the Supreme Court of Justice .

Amuta Secretary Syed Mustafa Zaidi said the hearing will take place on July 8 . Matters relating to the qualification of the VC has been attached to. On Monday, Justice J. Chelameswar and Justice Abhay Manohar accepted Sapre writ petition in the court. Experts say that the first time that the selection committee has accepted the case directly to the Supreme Court . Normally in such cases, the High Court through the Supreme Court arrived .
